UVPhotoMAX™ GI is a powerful whole-home air purifier with built-in adjustability for living and working spaces up to 3300 square feet. Designed to address virtually all types of air contamination except large particulates such as pollen, it disinfects the HVAC airstream air as well as surfaces in living areas using Photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) germicidal UV light and and bi-polar air ionization.
An effective mix of PCO technologies and ionization creates air that is more naturally pure. Ultravation’s exclusive and patented PCO TiO2 formulation includes germicidal silver and zinc. To optimize effectiveness in both disinfection and purification.

Bi-polar ionization: The built-in plasma ion generator emits friendly ions that freshen the air by breaking up complex molecules of VOC and other chemical pollutants—in the same way a summer storm freshens the air outdoors. These ions also electrically charge microscopic particulates such as atmospheric dust causing them to gather into grouped particles ready for capture in air filtration.
Patented: 1) PCO adjustability that never affects UV or ion performance and 2) for Ultravation's exclusive highly effective PCO formulation.
UVLampMonitor™ Microprocessor Control: LED display shows system operating status and notifies when the lamp is due for replacement.
Expandable: Add a UV lamp powered by the purifier's auxiliary port— the EZ-Light 6P for germicidal coverage at the cooling coil and drain pan or add the EZ-Light-4-DUV, the DRAINLight UV accessory add-on*, to disinfect the HVAC condensate running from the drain pan into the drain lines to address biological infestation such as Zooglea (white drain slime) and other bio-growth.
Alternatively, UVPhotoMAX GI can power a second PCO module for increased overall purification performance.

The Science: A unique and patented PCO process
Ultravation PCO air purifier surfaces are coated with a patented titanium dioxide (TiO2) formulation that includes both silver (Ag) and zinc (Zn) ions. This combination enhances both disinfection and the breakdown of complex chemical impurities in the air and on surfaces.
